Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Noah began acting at age 10. After spending his teenage years touring plays across Canada and to Japan, Noah earned a BFA in Theatre (as well as a BA in Music Composition and English) from Simon Fraser University's School For the Contemporary Arts.
After working for eight years in theatres throughout Canada, Noah decided he wanted advanced training to deepen his acting craft. In August 2006, he entered the MFA Acting program at Temple University in Philadelphia, which he completed with distinction in May 2009.
At Temple, Noah discovered a great passion for on-camera acting. After completing his degree, with a five-episode miniseries and several film projects under his belt, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue film and television work.
While in L.A., Noah shot two feature-length films (most notably Lay It Down, in which he played the lead), several shorts and commercials, and a few plays. In July 2010, Noah chose to return home to Vancouver -- a city offering film & television, stage work, family & friends, and a wonderful, nature-rich environment.
As an actor, Noah brings to his work enthusiasm, professionalism and versatility. His extensive training background includes a broad range of styles, from stage to screen and from classical to contemporary. He is a Certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework®, and has experience with many other voice and speech training forms. He is a trained singer and has a strong movement/dance/physical theatre background. A lover of collaboration, Noah has worked on many new plays, original creation projects and interdisciplinary projects.
